By accessing the Site, visiting our physical store, or purchasing any products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in card breaks. General purchases at our physical location may be made by individuals under 18 with parental or guardian permission. By using our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements.


2. In-Store Purchases

Delta Cards & Collectibles operates a physical retail location where customers can purchase sealed products, singles, supplies, and more. All in-store purchases are final unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.


3. Card Breaks (Online Only)

All card breaks are conducted through our online breaking department. By purchasing a spot in a break through our website or approved channels, you agree to the break format described (random team, pick your team, etc.). All break sales are final, and there are no guarantees on specific card outcomes. Break results are non-negotiable.


4. Product Descriptions

We strive to display our products accurately, including sealed boxes, packs, singles, and break formats. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of descriptions, prices, or availability. All listings are subject to change without notice.


5. Payments

All payments, both online and in-store, must be made at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods including cash, credit/debit, and digital processors listed on our site and in-store. All amounts are charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).


6. Shipping

Shipping applies only to online purchases and break results. Items will be shipped in a timely manner after a break concludes or an order is placed. We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping information.


7. Returns and Refunds

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in-store branding, including but not limited to logos, images, videos, and product displays, are owned by or licensed to the Company. Reproduction or use without written permission is prohibited.

Customers are expected to act respectfully and responsibly while in-store and during online interactions. We reserve the right to remove, refuse service to, or ban individuals who act inappropriately or violate our policies.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 435 Side, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our site, store, or products.


11. Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and resolved in the appropriate courts or through arbitration in Prince George’s County, Maryland.
